This product revmoves tough dirt, carbonized heavy and burnt oil layer in industrial kitchens. Thanks to its strong alkaline formula, it effoortlessly dissolves the oil layers formed on stove, oven, grill, etc. FELIX is safer than hydrofluoric acid cleaners. Its foaming effect allows it to hold onto the vertical surface. In this way, product makes maximum cleaning. FELIX effects quickly between 3 and 5 minutes and it’s very economical as it is diluted with water up to a ratio of 1 to 25. It is used only on stainless steel surfaces
